911 Signal USA Shipping Information
At 911 Signal USA, we are very honest about our shipping costs and delivery methods. To provide the best service to our customers, we provide free shipping on all orders over $350 anywhere in the United States including APOs, FPOs, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. We will also ship internationally, but shipping costs will be calculated based on location.
In our Shipping Department, we have a very tedious process that we follow. First, your order is gathered, boxed, scanned into our system, and placed in the appropriate shipping box in our Florida warehouse. Before, we prepare the box for shipment; we double-check to make sure all needed items are in the box. All of our orders are shipped UPS ground or USPS Priority Mail.
When shipping your items, we look at our carriers and determine which method would be faster. Most of our customers receive their LED lights in as little as 1 to 3 days. Orders received business days before noon (EST time) are usually shipped the same day, orders received after 12pm are usually shipped the next business day. The standard processing time for our preferred providers is listed below for our shipping methods. It is important to remember that shipping times vary depending on geographic location.
- UPS Ground shipments are usually delivered in one to five days
- USPS Priority Mail is usually delivered in 1, 2, or 3 days depending on your location
- For UPS 2nd day or overnight shipments, please call us for a quote
Emergency Vehicle Light and Equipment Shipment Tracking
When your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. If needed, follow-up emails will be sent as well. 911 Signal USA is not responsible for any delay in shipment caused by UPS or USPS as a result of holidays or other company delays. No signature is required for shipment, so it is the customer’s responsibility to be present when the package is delivered. Any refused packages will have shipping costs deducted from any exchange/refund.
UPS or USPS Claims
Any shipment received damaged must be reported to 911 Signal USA within 24 hours. A failure to report the damaged claim immediately could result in your claim being invalidated.
If any equipment is missing from your shipment, you must report it to 911 Signal USA the day your items arrive via UPS or USPS. In addition to contacting us, we will require a police report along with any missing item or missing shipment reports.
911 Signal USA is not responsible and cannot be held liable for any missing shipments that are reported to us as verified and reported as delivered.
