Each of our LED emergency vehicle lights comes with a 5-year warranty on the LED bulbs.

In addition to the LED bulb warranty, we also offer a 2-year warranty of emergency light components

Limited Warranty: 911 Signal USA assures the original purchaser that the “Product Name” will be free from workmanship or material defects for a period of (2) years, or (5) years depending on the type of equipment purchased. The warranty time period begins the day the equipment is purchased.

EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY EXPRESSED ABOVE, PURCHASERS TAKE THE PRODUCTS IN “AS-IS” CONDITION. 911 SIGNAL USA MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, IMPLIED OR EXPRESSED. THIS INCLUDES IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MECHANTABILITY AND APPROPRIATENESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

If 911 Signal USA cannot lawfully disclaim or exclude implied warranties under applicable law, then the implied warranties will expire at the end of the expiration period.

This warranty is only applicable between the original purchasers and 911 Signal USA. Furthermore, this warranty is only applicable, if the emergency vehicle lights or equipment are installed according to 911 Signal USA manufacturer’s recommendations. To be eligible for a warranty, all equipment must have their original serial number. Without an original serial number, the equipment will not be eligible for warranty services.

When sending LED lights or equipment to 911 Signal USA to be repaired, 911 Signal USA will pay for shipping on equipment that was shipped from us less than thirty (30) days. For lights or equipment that is older than thirty (30) days old, the customer is responsible for shipping the equipment to us, and the cost of shipping the item back to them after warranty repairs have been made. Customers who are sending emergency vehicle lights and equipment to us are responsible for the condition that their emergency lights are received by us. To ensure this is done properly, customers should take proper care to package their emergency lights or equipment for shipping. This is necessary to prevent shipping damage. 911 Signal USA also recommends customers purchase insurance when sending items to us for repair.

All warranties are null and void if damage is caused by excess voltage, misuse, abuse, improper wiring, or improper installation. Proper installation of 911 Signal USA emergency lights and equipment requires that the installer has an understanding of vehicle electronics, systems, and procedures. Any evidence of tampering, broken products, or disassembly will not be covered by our warranty. All merchandise returned to us for warranty work will be subject to inspection and must be accompanied with the original 911 Signal USA sales receipt.

In no way is 911 Signal USA liable for any incidental or coincidental damage or injury to any vehicle or persons caused by inappropriate or inadequate wiring. Additionally, 911 Signal USA is not liable for reinstallation or removal of merchandise for return, repair, service, or warranty.

How to Return Emergency Vehicle Lights to 911 Signal USA for Warranty Service

  • Review our Limited Warranty to ensure your claim meets our warranty requirements
  • Contact 911 Signal USA’s customers service department at customerservice@911signalusa.com or by phone at 1-800-765-6921 to obtain an (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization.
  • When contacting customer service for an RMA, please be prepared with your first and last name, or company, organization name, and a description of the particular issue you are experiencing.
  • All RMAs are valid for thirty (30) days.
  • Any warranty merchandise received COD (cash or delivery) will be refused at returned.
  • Please include all vital information on a piece of paper with your returned merchandise.

When customer’s returned merchandise is received, our staff will diagnose the light or equipment and work to repair or replace it. Additionally, the merchandise must arrive within the warranty period to qualify for repair. It is important to remember that the warranty period begins from the day the product is purchased.

If a customer’s repair does not meet our warranty requirements, we will contact customers with a quote for repair or replacement. Under these circumstances, if a customer opts not to have the equipment repaired or replaced, all components will be returned in the condition they were received, and the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

How to Return Products for Warranty when Purchased through 911 Signal USA Authorized Dealers

911 Signal USA’s limited warranty is effective 10/14/2013 and supersedes any previous versions of our limited warranty
